Meet Suzie, the heart and soul of Splash’s. Suzie began with us at our Dandenong centre and later moved to Splash’s Clyde North for the centre’s opening in 2022. With a wealth of leadership experience and a strong track record managing centres, Suzie now works in a Field Management role, overseeing three of our Splash’s centres.
Suzie has helped ensure that Splash’s is always filled with warmth and a genuine sense of belonging. Her passion for teaching is infectious, matched only by her love for cats and her cherished family. She fosters a supportive environment for both staff and families, where everyone feels valued, encouraged, and supported to build confidence.
Her commitment to the community creates a space where families can truly thrive together, making each visit a memorable experience filled with warmth and progress. We are so lucky to have someone with Suzie’s knowledge, passion, and experience guiding our teams.
Meet Janelle, the Centre Manager at Splash’s Berwick! Janelle brings over 27 years of customer service expertise to her role as Manager of the Berwick. With a career spanning the education sector, corporate leadership support, HR management, and swim instruction, Janelle is a dynamic and compassionate leader who thrives in people-focused environments. Her experience ranges from working closely with C-suite executives to mentoring teams and supporting families through swim education. Now at Splash’s, Janelle combines her professional versatility with a deep commitment to community, ensuring the Berwick Centre runs with warmth, efficiency, and a strong focus on quality and care. Her approachable nature, strong leadership, and passion for helping others make her a valued figure among staff, families, and the broader community.
Nicole is a centre leader at Splash’s Clyde North, bringing nearly 25 years of experience in the Learn to Swim industry. Having held a range of leadership roles across marketing, customer service, and program management, Nicole offers a well-rounded and highly experienced approach to centre leadership.
Since joining Splash’s in January 2021, Nicole has been instrumental in the growth of multiple centres and their success. As a key member of the leadership team, she has consistently demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for both families and staff.
Nicole has excelled across all areas of the centre, from leading our Babies Can Swim program with passion and expertise to delivering outstanding customer service. Her ability to build genuine relationships with families and foster a positive, supportive team culture makes her a respected and trusted leader.
Nicole is proud to be a leader of the Clyde North Team and is committed to continuing the centre’s success.
Eric has been a valued member of the Splash’s team since 2022. He joined us as an exceptional teacher and quickly demonstrated strong leadership potential, taking on new responsibilities with passion and commitment.
Eric is highly respected by both staff and families for his supportive nature and positive approach. He consistently seeks ways to enhance our programs, improve the children’s learning experience, and streamline administrative processes behind the scenes. Eric is also known for being extremely approachable and an excellent communicator—always reliable and professional.
His dedication, enthusiasm, and leadership make Eric a wonderful asset to our team at Splash’s Clyde North.
Jacque has been an integral part of the Splash team for many years, previously leading our large Schools Program and now proudly stepping into the role of Centre Manager at Splash’s Dandenong.
Jacque is one of the most dedicated and hardworking professionals you’ll meet. Her calm and confident leadership style, strong work ethic, and genuine care for both her team and swimmers make her a standout member of our organisation. She leads by example, creating a supportive and positive environment where both staff and students can thrive.
Not only is Jacque a fantastic teacher, but she is also a dependable presence on pool deck—always ready to support her team, solve problems, and ensure every swimmer has a safe and enjoyable experience.

Britt is the Assistant Manager at Splash’s Pakenham and brings over 20 years of experience in the learn-to-swim industry. She has spent several of those years working at our Berwick centre, where she developed a strong reputation for leadership and excellence.
An outstanding teacher, Britt has excellent communication skills and knows how to keep swimmers engaged and motivated. She excels across all areas of the program and builds wonderful relationships with both her colleagues and families.
Britt is a strong leader who collaborates well with others, consistently bringing great ideas to the table. Calm under pressure and a quiet achiever, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for every swimmer and family she works with.
Britt is highly respected and adds outstanding value to our leadership team. We are so thankful that she is an integral part of leadership.
Tana is a valued centre leader at Splash’s Pakenham and has been a dedicated member of our Key Staff Team for over four years. With a wealth of experience across our programs, Tana plays an integral role in the leadership and success of the centre.
An exceptional teacher and mentor, Tana is passionate about delivering our Squad program and supporting swimmers as they progress in their competitive journey. She is often seen at school and district events, proudly supporting and encouraging Splash’s swimmers both in and out of the pool.
Tana also leads our Graduate Coordinator program and coordinates our race nights with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Her ability to create exciting opportunities for swimmers to challenge themselves and celebrate their achievements is a true strength.
With extensive knowledge across all areas of our programs — including a strong understanding of plant room operations — Tana brings both practical expertise and leadership capability to her role. She is always finding new and engaging ways to connect with swimmers and has built outstanding relationships with Splash’s families.

Rebecca is a dedicated centre leader who has been a valued member of the Splash’s Pakenham team for the past three years. During her time with Splash’s, Rebecca has held key responsibilities and played an important role in supporting the growth and development of both staff and swimmers.
As a qualified classroom teacher, Rebecca brings a strong passion for education and learning to her role. She is an exceptional swim teacher and a trusted training mentor for new staff, sharing her knowledge and experience to help build confident and capable instructors. Rebecca has outstanding knowledge across all facets of our programs, ensuring high standards of delivery throughout the centre.
Rebecca also leads our Schools Program, which has experienced significant growth and success under her leadership. Her organisation, professionalism, and commitment to excellence have strengthened our partnerships and enhanced the experience for participating schools.
Bec has built wonderful relationships with families, always going above and beyond to accommodate the needs of every swimmer. Her work ethic, dedication, and commitment to Splash’s and our families are second to none, and we are incredibly grateful to have her as part of our leadership team.
Joeli is a Centre Leader at Splash’s Plenty Valley and brings a wealth of experience to the role. She began her journey with Splash’s at our Pakenham location over four years ago and has since become a highly valued leader within our team.
Joeli has worked in swim schools around the world, including in Canada and the United States. During this time, she gained extensive skills across all facets of the business and consistently proved herself as a strong leader.
An exceptional teacher, Joeli enjoys sharing her knowledge with others and excels at training and mentoring new recruits. She plays an integral role in maintaining the quality of our teaching program and ensuring every swimmer receives the best possible experience.
Joeli holds high expectations for herself and her team, leading with dedication and commitment. Her leadership and passion for excellence make her a key part of Splash’s Plenty Valley.
