Our School-Age Program is designed to accommodate all skill abilities and confidence levels, from Beginner through to Advanced. Classes are structured to meet the individual needs and capabilities of each student, and seamlessly integrate water safety and survival skills into each lesson.

Summary

In our L1 classes students will commence their independent swimming journey. We are learning kicking, gliding and independent lifesaving skills.

Summary

In our L2 classes students are progressing with their streamlining position, kicking, and starting to back float whilst learning essential lifesaving skills.

L3

Summary

In our L3 classes students are becoming stronger at kicking on their front and back as well as learning to paddle with their hands whilst learning essential lifesaving skills.

In our L4 classes students are mastering propulsion on their backs, their freestyle arms and learning underwater and essential lifesaving skills.

In our L5 classes students are learning backstroke, freestyle breathing, starting to glide on their back and essential lifesaving skills.

In our L9 classes students are increasing distance in backstroke and freestyle, perfecting their freestyle technique whilst learning essential lifesaving skills.

In our L10 classes students are learning breaststroke kick, freestyle race starts and perfecting backstroke whilst learning essential lifesaving skills.

L11

Summary

In our L11 classes students are perfecting their technique in freestyle and backstroke and improving breaststroke whilst learning essential lifesaving skills.

L12

Summary

In our L12 classes students are perfecting their technique in breaststroke whilst learning butterfly basics, essential lifesaving skills and improving their swimming endurance.
