Keeping our teaching techniques fresh and innovative!

splash's swim school berwickWe strive to deliver the best possible learn to swim program to your family.  One of the ways that we achieve this is by having regular training workshops.

This term our Customer Service team, Teacher Support staff, Teachers and Assistants came together to share ideas.  We worked together to perfect best teaching practice, discussed how to deliver quality learning opportunities to engage our swimmers and the importance of communicating with parents to improve our customer service.

These workshops provide valuable professional development for our team and ensure that we continue to deliver a program that is innovative and effective.
